This 1938 Dodge 1/2 pu doesn't have a front or rear bumpers. It is tagged . It was drove to this car show. Yeah it a street Rod . I have owned a built this myself . I still have it and it is a running truck I took it on a cruise 260 Miles round trip several years ago.
