What wheels will fit 87 custom cruiser

This looks like a great site, I just found it tonight.
I just bought a 87 Custom Crusier wagon (full size), I'm confused about how many cruiser models there are.
My question is I would like put a different set of wheels on the car, it has 15" steel wheels with wire hubcaps now. I would like to get a set of factory rally wheels or aftermarket wheels for it.
I need to know how to tell what wheels will fit. Thanks in advance!

All B wagons have 5x5 bolt pattern heavy duty reinforced wheels. If you don't mind giving up the HD factor (meaning not hauling anything in it) any 5x5 BP wheel will fit.

As noted, the stock wheels are 5 x 5" bolt circle, and are 15x7. I got a set of aluminum wheels from a 1988 GMC half ton pickkup that fit just fine.

Thank you for your answers, I am a rookie to Oldsmobile and long roof ownership, so I'm sure I'll have more questions.

Wheel Vintiques make some nice wheels. I have a set on my Custom Cruiser. Finding wheels isn't easy because the 5X5 bolt pattern is ver popular. Here is a pic of my wagon with the wheels I mentioned.

Joe: I have a '92 CC. Love it. Will these fit it, and what do you put in the center section????

Wheels

Those would fit your '92 Custom Cruiser, as it has the big GM 5 bolt pattern.

The centers look like the ones in this thread (scroll down to just past halfway. It's a black truck with silver trim.)

Yes, those are the centers that are supposed to be on these wheels. I'm machining adapter rings that will let me mount Olds SSIII wheel centers instead. The wheels are being powerdercoated in Frosted Nickel. I got the powder from Caswell Plating (a great source, by the way).

I've come up with a set of GM truck rally wheels with trim rings for my wagon. I cleaned, primed, and painted the wheels and cleaned the trim rings. I bought a set of aftermarket center caps for them, and had a friend at a vinyl shop cover the logos with Olds emblems in chrome vinyl. The caps were finished Friday, and as soon as we get a nice warm day I'll get them mounted up.
I'll try to post pictures of the wheels when they are done.
Thanks to all who have given advice.

Smile Wheels

'85 to '91? Rear drive Olds wagons have factory available aluminum wheels already...look identical to the Buick wheel but the spider has different colour silver and....the hubcap has a different logo..duh ...also the later wheel uses a different lug nut than the earlier wheel..so try to find a set of four or five...

Which is all very good, and those are very stylish wheels, but have you seen any Olds center caps for those lately?

Then there's the Buick version that used THREE different center caps depending on year and carline...
