hello, love the car. i am new to the site and i am looking forward to be here. i just took a 1940 series 70 4 dr in on trade from a customer for paint work on his car. im new to owning a car this old, i have a 64 impala 2 dr hardtop and a 69 dodge charger, but have always liked the older cars aswell, so i am planning on redoing this one all stock accept the color, it was green. it is very solid accept for a couple of easily fixable spots around the trunk lid. may get started on it tonight.

Great to have you aboard. Please introduce yourself in the newbie section so all can meet you. Sound like a fun project. Will be looking forward to seeing some pictures of the car

If it like mine there is a serial no tag on the frame at the left side just in front of the steering gear. There is a manual that tells where built and the serial no's. That is the no. that is on my title-Indiana.
