manual trannies for 350R

I'm just wondering what all manual transmissions there are that would hook up to my 350R? It's in my 77 cutlass. The old 442's had them right? Would it swap right over... or are there any other choices?

Also did they use a manual or hydraulic bellhousing?

Thanks
