are there adjustments that need to be made

after removeing cat converter, such as

carb or timing adjustments 305 chevy 4

barrel carb.

My blueprinted Chev 305 with stright pipes did not require any special tuning.

Once you modify your exhaust, set your timing again at recommended idle RPM, that's all you should have to do
