I am looking to buy a after-market floor shifter for my 85 cutlass salon. It has the factory center-console and I want to keep it. Does anyone know of a after-market shifter that fits in the console or one that can easily be modified to fit. If not witch shifter should I go with? I have been thinking of getting a ratchet style shifter like the B&M hammer but don't know yet.
