TH350 identity
Found these numbers on my tranny- do they tell me what year and application? 6260036
6260313 CFD1 Tranny is in a '72 Supreme and runs great, but is not original to the car. Seems to sit a wee bit too high at the rear where the mount is, possibly causing the engine to pitch down so that the fan hits the shroud. |

Is that the correct number as it reads?
The trans # is usually on a metal tag, and just above the pan lip on the case.

I hope this all isn't useless. Maybe someone could use the info someday.
My TH400s and my TH200c both have these metal ID tags. I'd have to go check my th350 as I don't remember what's on it.

These are numbers stamped on the case on the driver side. Probably just casting #'s. I know the ID tag is on the passenger side, I just can't get to that side of the car right now to check it out. J-(Chicago), yes the info you posted is useful, I could not find it through Google. Thank
