Edited Post! Thank You For The Help I Found A Broken Coaxe And Stereo Is Working Now.
The Dimmer Switch Works But I Still Don't Have All The Lights Working On The Dash. Is It Possible That The Circuit Board(s) In The Stereo And Climate Control Units Would Only Blow Out The Lights For Illuminating The Buttons? The Tuner Lights Up And Works. The Outside Temp. And Inside Temp Work, The FAN Speeds Show They Are Working.
Could There Be A Light Bulb Blown And It Made Them All Go Out Like Christmas Lights.
Thanks Again

Dash/interior lights are usually fade controlled by the light switch, that might be the problem, especially if you get uncontrolled dimming or fade outs. The radio just might need repair or your coax to the antenna could be damaged someplace and causing the poor reception. Finally, you might have a bad alternator providing poor B+. It should be a good strong 13 to 13.8 volts DC with the engine running.
