Hi, does anyone can send me pictures of the Headlight System Installation on a 67 Toronado? I need to know where the wire and vacuum hoses must be installed, also the lock valves.Please send pics to plattner-patrick@bluewin.ch.

 

Patrick, did you get a response to this yet? I've got a 1967 Chassis Service Manual, if it has a diagram I could try scanning it for you. If you don't have a 1967 Chassis Service Manual I'd encourage you to watch ebay for one. I've got most years for the cars I have and in my opinion they're worth their weight in gold. John

 

Hi,thanks for the reply. Off course I have the 67 Chassis and Fisher Body Manual. Since the mechanic which has dissasembled the Toro is no longer, its hard for me to reinstall the parts. Also the books don't show it correctly. There are 2 small metall actuators, wich must be mounted on the headlight housings(like on pictures) but this can't be correct, there is no room or mounting holes for them. Otherwise if got 2 small metall shields, which must be somewhere installed under rear Window Vent panel.
