Iron intake on 307?

This time I've got a question. The 84 Custom Cruiser has an iron intake on the 307. It's casting no. 22503087. I've seen this as a late 70s intake. Was it also used on 307s, or is this a swap? There's so much crud on the motor that it isn't obvious if the intake has been changed. I was under the impression that 307s all used either A4s or A5s, at least by 1984. Not that it matters, since a 403 is waiting in the wings, but inquiring minds want to know.

I had a cast iron one on my 80'
as far as an 84....It's possible if it isn't a roller 307.
Does it have a metric trans?
I believe the roller 307s were from 85-90 so it's probably stock.

The trans is a 200-4R. Non-roller 307s prior to 1985 used the aluminum A4 intake with 5A heads. That's why I was surprised to see the iron intake on my 84. I am not by any means an expert in the 307s, however, which is why I ask the question.
