PNW

I'm south of you by a state and a half! In Oregon 30 miles from the California border on I-5.

Portland Oregon here. Member of OCA, but not the Pacific NW.

Did buy some Cutlass parts from a guy in Spanaway.

Got my '66 Jetstar 88 from an ebay auction. Then drove it home from Whidbey Island.

Just east over in Spokane. Olds Club of NW? Had not heard of it.

I get over that side often. My Dad is one of the founders of the Lemay Collection http://lemaymuseum.org and we do quite a bit of car related events.

Welcome to the zoo (Olds forum).

I haven't heard anything *bad* about precision engine, but I don't really know anything about them. We do all our own work, the only things we're really missing is a welder and a plasma cutter...both of which would be EXTREMELY useful to have. Thankfully, I can probably bribe the college's auto tech and engineering departments into doing my welding for me. haha.

Engine Builder

I havn't rebuilt an engine for a while, but I use a local shop to do the machine work and assemble myself. You might send a pm to Dapapadon in Portland and see if he can recommend anyone. John
