like i said before i have got this 79 cutlass. it has the origianal tired 260 in it. i need to know about what a good oil pressure would be for this old motor. i need it to last a few more months for the swap happens. remeber this is a high miles motor. and ideas?

According to my manual, in 1980 the oil pressure should be at 40 @ 2000 RPMs.

My book only goes down to 1980, but that is the numbers for the 260
