primary metering rods Q-jet 4MC
Hi everyone!!!
One of the primary metering rods of my Rochester Quadrajet 4MC is broken (bended). I am unable to fix it. Does anyone know where i can order a pair of new rods?? I can get all kinds of overhaul kits but none of them contain primary metering rods. The engine runs but i cant adjust the fuel/air mixture properly (to much fuel or a complete stall). I'm sure the bended rod is the problem. If anyone has any good suggestions, ill be in your debt cause im fumbling around for several weeks now..... Thnx every body!!! (i think i own the only 1972 88 in Holland so im bound to keep it in exellent condition) |
