You could try Just Dashes in CA. I inquired with them years ago for Toro interior work and they can restore just about anything according to them. Are you talking about the pad around the instrument cluster, the covering on the remainder of the steel dash or both. In either event, it might be a good idea to do the whole thing and get color uniformity if you want a real nice job in the end.

 

I have a 66 gauge cluster. Is that what you need?

Sorry I don't have a link, but there's a guy from Troy, MO parting a '66 right now. I know the motor's gone and it's rusty but he might have a dash? Just search eBay Motors for Toronado parts and you'll see it, good luck.
