67' 442 washer bottle cap

Need the cap ( shaped like a "D") for the washer bottle (plastic) for a 67 442 if I can't fine the cap I will take the bottle also.

Me again--I also need one of the inserts for the factory steering wheel for the 442 or cutlass-it fits into the recess on the horn buttons.
