Embossed Valve Covers OLDSMOBILE

I'm putting these up here before sending them to ebay. I removed them from a 1974 350 engine but they will fit from 330-455 engines. There is some rust on the top side, especially one cover, but I don't think it's deep. They will need sanded or media blasted to clean them up. You may have to put a layer of primer before painting to fill any flaws. Price is $25 plus shipping from Oregon. Let me know if you'd like to see closeups of any spots on them. John

Hello Dan
Yes I still have them. Would you like a shipping quote to the UK?
John

Hi John,
How much pitting is there on the covers? would it clean up smooth or would it show the pitting? BTW, I'm sending new PM about regulators. Talk to you later.

Hi Allen, I believe there would be some pitting but not deep enough to weaken the valve cover, and I would suspect a coat of primer would fill them. If you all want me to run across the worst area with emery cloth and try to get a closeup of the surface I can do that. Shipping quotes in the order the requests came.
To:
UK $45.50
02777 $13.43
Canada $29.50
75088 $12.39

For those who asked about a shipping quote, please get back to me and let me know if you want them or not. To be fair I'd like to let you guys have the chance in that order. John

Hey 2blu442, thanks for the quote. Unfortunately the overall cost is a bit too much for me, added to the potential cost of blasting and powder coating, so am going to step away and let the next in line take dibs.

Thanks anyway :-)

Thank you for posting your decision Dan, yes I imagine getting parts across the pond would be expensive!

We'll continue down the line. Tom & Snowball you guys are added to the list.
John

Yes it is, especially as I already have an original pair, but without the logo embossed. It's quite a price to pay for the style... but they would look very nice!!
