350 for sale

Got a olds 350 for sale it is bored 30 over high compresion pistons,224/234 duration @.050 lift 496/520 lift 112 lobe seperation cam, edelbrock performer intake, and 750 edelbrock carb. It has chrome valve covers and air cleaner. It has number 8 heads,it was out of a 72 or so I was told. It has less than 15k since rebuild. It is still in the car if you want to hear it run so let me know as I may be pulling it this weekend if I get my 455 together. Make me an offer. Either PM me or post on here I will try to check back daily. I live about 1/2 hour west of clevland. Thanks Darin

Previous owner had it rebuilt so this is all I can tell you. It runs very strong and pulls hard even with crap rear end gears. The car and engine were built some place in CT. I was told the pistons are forged dome high compression I don't know the brand.

pull the spark plug,on #1 cylinder, work the piston around to the top.

you can shine light into the cylinder, and i bet youll be able to see what the over bore was on the piston, and whether it has a dish in the top of the piston.

when trying to sell a motor, its kind of important to know what's in it.

I will check the #s in the morning.
I would like to get 1000 out of it I know I have seen them on ebay for way more and I know what it cost to build a motor as I have just finished putting my 455 together today

Make an offer or come and have a look because I will be pulling it probably next weekend if you want to hear it run
