Here's something I made for our club, but decided all Oldsmobile lovers should have one if they wanted. On top commemorates the “life” of Oldsmobile. On the bottom expresses our feelings, “Forever Proud”. They are $12 each + $4 shipping or two for $20 + $5 shipping. Let me know if you want one (or two).

One problem, the 80's cutli have bottom mount holes for the plate... Can that be fixed?

Don't think that's what marcar was referring to. If you bolt the plate to the frame (using the upper holes), how do you mount the plate to the car when there's no lower holes on the frame?
If you've got members in your club with the 80s Cutlass, maybe you could post a picture of how this problem was solved, because I'm not understanding it either. The plate holder looks good.
