Red I'm posting this as a reply to your message, as I believe you're just the guy to grab the tiller and steer the Olds people in our direction. The Texas Outsiders are working on organizing four or five races featuring Nostalgia Super Stocks and Nostalgia Stockers (aka Muscle Car). We have two confirmed dates at the Tulsa Nitro Nats on July 1st and the Lone Star Shootout at Houston Raceway Park on Oct 21-22. The other venues being worked on are DFW (Kennedale), Shreveport (Red River), San Antonio (with Rusk as a backup, as San Antonio hasn't called us back) and Kansas City (KCIR). In addition, while we use the PRO nostalgia rules, we might could let some minor stuff slide rather than send a nice car packing. The idea is to race and showcase classic cars. Thanks for the info. I've passed this on to several of the "real" racers I know around here and Dallas. One here in San Antonio already joined the NMCA and is looking forward to the series.

Thanks again Red, we are in current talks with several tracks in the SAT/AUS area and hope to have some news and a date soon. Please check our class rules and we hope to have you join us. By chance, Red, do you know which NMCA class your friend would be running? There's several Rockets I saw at various tracks around Texas this year I'd love to have run with us (my particular favorite being a red 67 4-4-2) Regards RICK

We are confirmed as a pair of eight car booked in shows at the Bill Hielscher Memorial Race on Friday night August 4th at Texas Raceway in Kennedale Texas (just south of Fort Worth) The classes will be Nostalgia Super Stock and Nostalgia Muscle Car (aka Nostalgia Stock). Please contact me if you're interested. Should we end up with any extra...........We'll think of something----folks gotta race!! RICK
