when installing the water neck gasket?
its a felpro paper gasket do i need to put any silicone dressing on it ?
or just stick it on there and torque it down?

Some of them have adhesive on one (or both) of the sides which implies you don't need anything else but I am with C.J. on this one. Silicone won't hurt and is extra protection.
