Question Got an ODD question.....

Anyone have any idea how to delete posts??? I have erred on a couple and need to delete them. I also noticed that there are about a bazzilion posts from back as far as 03/04. Wouldn't it be nice if we could clean up a bit?

Just curious....I want to get rid of my "delete me" ads!!

Go to your post and click on "EDIT".
At the bottom of the text box, you will see a "DELETE" button.
Click the button for "DELETE MESSAGE".
You don't need to put in a reason.
Click on "SAVE"

And old posts are on here so people can SEARCH for an answer before they ask a question that has been asked for the umpteenth time. Not that anybody ever does...

What C.J. told you should work. I will double check your abilities in the moderator screen to make sure there isn't anything wrong. Soon as I post this reply.....

just checked it, nothing unusual..

right, you can delete your own posts but cannot delete others' so once a post it replied to and becomes a thread it is there. I can delet posts and move them but rarely do. This is a pretty good site and most members do fine here.....
