Whats the best and easiest way to get old gas out of a 71 442 conv's tank and lines?
Syphon? pump?
Car has not run in 3 yrs.

 

disconnect the rubber gas hose leading to the carb and direct it to a container (extend if needed). Take an air compressor and rags in a plastic bag, put air hose into tanks filler pipe block off with rags in a bag, and slowly build up the air pressure (not much is needed) and all will be done in no time.

Works like a charm and no mess.
