Smile Looking to buy a 1985 Olds cutlass Salon...

One of my very good friends is selling a 1985 Oldsmobile Cutlass Salon. It has the 307 V8 in it. Runs like new. It has been garaged since new and covered up when not driven. The seats have also been covered since the day it rolled off the lot. The car is not mint, but VERY close to it. It has 123,000 miles on it, with no rust except a couple minor spots above the rear wheel wells (Usual spot). This car is in A+ shape. Not one mark on it. She told me she would take $1600 for it. The Kelly Blue book says $492...I personally believe it is worth MUCH more than that. I think I would be getting a good deal for $1600. Any thoughts? It comes with two sets of wheels/tires, car cover, and seat covers. Thanks.

Eric

I'd get it. Be sure to check the bottoms of the doors for rust if the wheel wells have it.
