1964 NY Worlds Fair 98
A friend of mine is the original owner of an Oldmobile 98 Convertible that was on display at the 1964 NY Worlds Fair. It was painted with 30 coats of gold lacquer, The engine was chrome plated and the interior was mink lined. The car was subsequently sold by the dealer with a 1966 normal motor and the normal interior after the fair was over. Has anyone else ever heard of such a car or have pictures or records of the car?
