Back to the Oldsmobile world

Hello from Western Massachusetts, I am back in the Cutlass world for the first time in 30 years with the recent purchase of a 1970 Cutlass "S" with an all numbers matching 455/turbo 400/12 bolt rear. My Family has owned Cutlass' since my uncle came home from Vietnam and purchased a '70 Vista Cruiser with a 455. My brother currently owns a "68 Cutlass convert. also with a 455 and 4speed (very cool car). My first one was also a 1970 "S" with a 350 2V carb. I am looking forward to finding all kinds of information and help on this forum.

Congrats. Post pics if you have any. Sounds like a cool car. I didn't know you could get a 455 in a regular Cutlass in '70.

I know I didn't either, I crawled all over this thing when I bought it. I couldn't believe it was original untill I found that it all matched, it still had the original SS1 rims in 14" with little 215/70's on it! It has a factory air and 8 track as well. I posted a couple of pictures with my intro I will try to get some more up. I have put on the Magna Flo exhaust and the 15" rims with "real" tires since the purchase, but rest is untouched.
