Does anyone have any ideas for a factory A/C on a 68 Cutlass that puts out cold air, the fan motor works, but the behind dash manifold is trashed. Hence, not much air is getting out. A previous owner put a vintage air box below the panel, and that is the only place air is coming out. But not much.

If you have damaged or missing duct work I think the simplest fix would be to purchase used replacement parts. Then your just bolting in parts that you know will fit and function OK. If you want to explore that route I believe 1968 and 1969 interchange. You could create a parts wanted thread describing the pieces you need. If they're there but just damaged pictures would help too.
