My Delta 88 Lowrider

Hello everyone! My name's Miguel and I'm from York, PA. I recently came across a pretty good deal on a 1975 Oldsmobile Delta 88. The car had been owned by the previous owner for about 7 or 8 years I think. The car definitely needed, and still needs alot of work but I'm hoping to have a reliable street cruiser by mid May or June. Here's a few pics, hopefully I won't get flamed too bad for not doing the typical factory restoration thing ...

This was how the car looked when it first came on the sceen back in 2004 I believe...

Thank-you! I think I should'v spaced things out a little more. I have the small wheels on now and plan on keeping them I don't care for the big wheels either. They were 22's...

Cool! I have some wiring questions about this thing. Should I post them here or is there a tech section for 88's??

Welcome. You have a very nice car. While it may not be to everybody's taste, it is an Oldsmobile and you haven't done stupid stuff to it. Enjoy your car and there are a lot of experienced people here who are glad to help.

I like it too. I was in the Navy in the late 70's in San Diego and saw a lot of low riders with the small type wheels like you have on your car in the last pics. I got to like that look and I think yours is great. I also really like the looks of the big chrome ones in the 1st pics. Welcome!!

Welcome from another '75 delta owner! I like the low look with the smaller wheels better. Your car is in great shape. Is it bagged?

Thanks for the props guys! I believe he had the car listed in the Philly classified adds. The car does have air bags on now, I've been working on rewiring the air ride and some of the dash instruments, which is my main question I'm going to post up in the other section.
