j-2 project 46 olds

Don't know lf these photos uploaded or not. this is a 46 olds with 79 camaro front clip and power rack and pinion.Front disc brimbo and no rust, rear disc not brimbo proberly chinese and rust.
Rear end custom made with posi and mozer axles.I used the original trailing arms and welded them to the rear end axle housing as they were the same as on the 46 rear.

Try those photos again, would love to see them. You got some to upload on another thread so they should work here as long as they aren't too large. I hope to modify a Ford 9 inch for my '46 in the future and will have to do some research on fitment and size so any feedback concerning your modification may help even though the third member is different.

Use the original rear end for the measuring but take into consideration that the brakes change from shoe to disc.I cut and ground and ground and cut the original brackets off the 46 rear and welded them on the 9in. Lf i run citcapps 371 i should be ok but lf i go 455 i will have to beef up the brackets.
