got the 425 finished and installed n da 48,,sounds wicked wid open headers,,erson cam,offy intake,and uptop a sweet runnin Barry Grant carb(825 cfm),,,,400 switch pitch tranny,,narrowed 12 bolt rear wid 3:31 gears ,,,possi,of course,,trans am front clip,, mickey thompson 29x18:50x15 ruber out back,,engine feels very strong round the yard,,hasn't been road tested yet,,,nuttin but rain since it became driveable!!!! i do believe itz gonna b a Funnnnn Rideee!!! thanks to every one that gave me all the great info to help with this project!!!! D.C.

Definitely KOOL.
Just a forewarning, the drag strips usually won't let you have your fuel pressure regulator mounted on the firewall. At least around here anyway.

thanks,,fuel pressure reg is mounted out back with the lectric fuel pump,,but it still may be a nono to ave the fuel line run upon the fire wall,,i was trying to isolate it from the heat off the headers hence the reasoning behind this setup..its jus an inline filter an a pressure gauge... thanks for the info tho,,itz a goodidea for me to check out with the local tracks,,hadn't really thought of it!! thanks again,,,,D.C.
