37 Olds Project

Some pictures of my 37. I was going to fab up some mounts for the motor, but think I will just get the TransDapt 9587 crossmember with mounts instead. I am not sure what motor I want to use yet, as I just want a driver and I allready have a "go fast car". I do have a 260 and a 71 350. I thought about a 403 or a roller 307. Time will tell.

Rick

Nice work on the frame. Is that a mustang front clip? The frame looks similar to my 48 Olds

It is a Fatmans stubframe with Mustang II suspension. I am really excited about this, as the car has been sitting in my garage for 5 or 6 years, and just had the front clip finish welded lately. I will post pictures as it progresses.

Really nice, I like the fat-fender cars more and more. Looking forward to following your project.
