Need to install Seatbelts

Hey guys,
Recently got a 1965 Oldsmobile 98 holiday Sedan. It came with lap belts in the front, but nothing in the back. I havent had a chance to take out the rear seat and see it theres spots to mount them yet. I have 3 young kids, and i would love to put some lapbelts back there for them. has anyone had to tackle this yet??

The rear belts were optional, so you should have hard points in the floor already. Before you take the time to pull the rear seat, look under the car. The belt mounting locations are usually on a reinforcing crossmember on the underside of the floorpan.

The seat belts may already be there - just slipped down the crack and hiding under the seat.

Good point. A lot of time (actually, nearly all the time from what I've observed) they were intentionally stuffed down there to make the rear seat less cluttered.
Remember, although it's a cardinal sin nowadays, nobody used to wear seatbelts.
