One would think.

The title: "1970 OLDSMOBILE 442 CUSTOM CONVERTIBLE" seems to imply it as well.

Here's a link to the rest of the Oldsmobiles up for auction at Barrett-Jackson 2013 Scottsdale, AZ. http://www.barrett-jackson.com/appli...&ed=01/20/2013
I'm going to follow the two 1967 Delta 88's.

I don't think the dash suits the car at all, but that's just me. I'm curious what the SPEED commentators will have to say when this 'gem' crosses the block. It has soooo many mods I'm guessing it will be a Friday or Saturday car. Want to bet that it bring in bigger money as a restomod than an original 442?

The interior was designed by owner and built by Riddler Award winner Paul Atkins. National level show interior in white leather with grey inserts. The triple layer center console features rear waterfall and carbon fiber, a first for Atkins. Original his/hers Hurst shifter,

The '67 Delta Coupe is sharp...its been on e-bay several times recently. The '67 4 dr Delta is sweet! Too bad they listed wrong engine size for it wonder what that will go for?

I can appreciate the time that took to fabricate and the end result looks really clean but it's not my style.

Beautiful interior. But it would have been nice to keep something of the original Olds styling there, but that's just my tastes.

I think if the guy would have taken the final GTO, modded the exterior with 442 esq stuff, such as trumpets, emblems hood and grille, then added that interior, you would be talking! Oh, and don't forget, SSII's done if billet, 18".....

that dash is not 1 of a kind. its made by paul atkins interiors. they get $800 for the raw fiberglass shell. you have to cut out the steel understructure and then attach that dash. had a very long conversation with those guys when they were at the corvette show in kissimmee last month.

I think I'd want something that actually used some of that real estate for something ... if I were going custom.

I totally agree. When I first saw that car I thought it looked cool. But standing there looking at the display, the shine wore off the penny very quickly. Plus I like glove compartments, and this dosent have one.
