Did EVERY 72 442 vert come with door pulls

I did the SEM thing to the door pulls and they still look "painted". Im thinking about leaving them off all together.

Did all Cutlass Supreme Convertibles come with door pulls?

I think the door pull strap WAS a Cutlass Supreme thing as I do not see them on the Cutlass 'S' cars interiors. Any "Supreme"-based model would have the pull strap door panels.
