Anyone have any suggestions? I can turn the lock so the key is fully horizontal, or fully vertical,but when I pull out the key and try to push the button to open the console, I can't push it in at all and I can't open my console.

Anyone have any suggestions? This is killing me arrrrggghhhhhh. I had the console open but one day I decided to lock it and ever since it has been stuck like this.

 

Ok I got er. Pulled the cover up real hard, shined a flashlight in there, saw the arm with the hook on it. Took a mini screwdriver and pushed it in...lo and behold she opened up for me. Thank you thank you please hold your applause lol...
