I have a 68 442 automatic. It has a console that I believe is original.

First question is regarding the chrome trim around the console. Is it supposed to have the trim go all around the console or just the sides?

Second question is regarding the gear selector lens. The one I have is clear but I have been looking for a replacement since it's cracked, but the replacements seems to be brushed aluminum with clear letters? What is correct?
