Help ID this driver's Remote mirror 65-67 ?

Help ID this driver's Remote mirror 65-67 ?
I got drivers remote mirror in a box of misc "1968 oldsmobile trim parts" from ebay a while ago. It is not a '68 A body mirror so i have know use or idea what it is.
With some searching it looks more like a '67, but I could not find any close up pics of one. It has threads on the remote end where the bezel would be, I don't have that. Any recognize it? Anyone want it?
The numbers cast into it reads

None of these mean anything to me.
