And they say you can't find good help these days.

So my 2 1/2 YO daughter will usually come in my garage for a minute or two and leave because she is afraid of the air compressor comming on. Well today she begged to get up inside my Cutlass body that's about 4 ft off the ground on the lift. I help her up thinking she will be scarred or want right back out. No she grabs a small screw driver and starts working.

She's hiding a set of keys up there for when she turns 16. One day you'll be snoring the night away........

Thumbs up Mechanic in Training

Gee DAAADDD,
Don't you know anything? These wires are all mixed up. The pretty red one goes to the icky black one, the nice green goes to the dirty white one, and the bright orange one goes on the crappy yellow one.

You are a lucky man!! 2 1/2?? amazing.

Just finished leaving Dan a comment about the future of GM being run by 6 year olds. If they start life like this, I take it back.

BTW, how's that project of yours doing? Haven't seen any recent posts.

That dash brings back memories. Dad taught me to drive in his 67.

memories,

Raised three sons, the two oldest started driving my jeeps in playdays at 5 & 6 years of age. Granny low with wood block on the gas peddle. Started it in gear and they ran a small obstacle course. Raced both of my jeeps through high school. The youngest was raised with motor cycles. All of them have helped me in the garage. There all on there on now and all of them take care of their own cars. The picture is great and I'll bet as time goes on you will have her in the garage more and more
