1962 Starfire Sound
Does anybody remember the way the starfire sounded after the factory mufflers broke in ? For some reason the aftermarket's that replaced the original mufflers just dont have the sound. We know they did not last long. So the question is why the GM replacements never sounded the same. And GM says thats what the car came with for replacements. Made by Arvin, who had the contract. Both mufflers were made by Arvin that oldsmobile used.
