Thought some of you might like to see my ride. Just had the rims redone ( thanks Dan - Oldsguy). No, I don't drive it in the winter, just giving her a a little breath of fresh air!

Nice ride. Did you have the rims rechromed?

 

Those look very nice, very very nice. Were the media blasted? What kind of paint? Where did you find the beauty rings? Man, those are nice. I am so glad you could use them.

 

Thanks for the comments! Had them blasted and refinished at a collision center. not sure what kind of paint, they computer matched the stripes for me. Trim rings, new, ebay for 70$ The rest of the chrome was a bit of elbow grease and some Turtle Wax polish.

 

Very very nice. I'm impressed.

 

I would say that was money well spent then.
