What is this called?

The front lights have light covers that wrap around each side of the headlight. I have heard them called bezels, and marker light covers but don't get any hits on eBay.

What are these multi colored covers called?

You have the 84 Delta, right?

I found them under bezels, and side markers.

It takes time to get them on eBay. I bought an extra one at the junkyard a few months ago just for this reason, even though the wife says I'm nuts

I tried eBay but for every entry I made it came up with 0 hits. I wish I lived near a big salvage yard instead.

How much are you willing to spend?
There's an 85 delta by me that looks practically brand new in the boneyard.
White 4door with tan interior.

I'd have to hear a price first before I could say if it was a range I could deal with. I have given a price before only to find out later I could have gotten it for less. Does that yard by you allow people to get parts themselves? Then there is shipping and stuff. If I was given a price which wouold include shipping, I'd be interested and would think about it.

Brand new looking header panel and all.
When I asked the guy what the fux, he said he had bills to pay. Even though there were like 20 friggin ford tempos sitting there looking Stupid. That car was NICE. Best 4 door delta I've seen in this area my whole life.
....Sigh.....
Time for someone else to jack up the price of theirs.

I checked on ebay and got all kinds of hits until I tried to get specific. I saw a 50s car the other day and I got a close look at it. The thing was immaculate. If he can find stuff I should be be able to. I'll keep on shoppin' I reckon.
