Wire Wheel Covers on EBAY. They say 1966 but they don't have the 2 spokes on the center. They look newer to me.

They are 1967 wheel covers, 66 have 3 bar spinners, 64 and 65 have the 2 bar spinners with different plastic insert for each year.Henry

 

If you're thinking of putting them on your Ninety Eight, you need to be really careful with hub-to-fenderskirt clearance. That's why wire caps were N/A for 1964-66 Ninety Eights, because the spinners were too close to the skirt lip. I think 1967's could have them but not sure. My 66-77 styled wheel disc manual does not show the 66, 67 or 68 wire caps.

Yes, Oldsmobile produced such a manual.

 

Nope no plans on using them for mine. Just wanted to pass it along.

 

Also, they can be disassembled and the caps, spokes, and bases can be interchanged between years, and the center emblem can be interchanged between the 2 spoke '64 and '65 cap.
Best to check the back sides for condition, as they can look decent from the outside and be all rusted inside (the black steel band that holds it all together).
Not the greatest to use if you drive your car a lot, or hard. Normal wheel flexing can result in squeeks, clicks, and various other noises and they're prone to being tossed on occasion. And they are very heavy projectiles. I'm nor saying don't use them, I'm just saying be careful!
