WHAT'S THE GOING RATE? (72 hood)
How much should i pay for 72' stock flat hood/no louvers, front fender, and a frt bumper.Only in fair, driver ,condition? Any ideas would be helpful.Actually,i'm doing a trade, and wonder what kind of deal to make.Niether of us seem to know what there worth,or he's not saying ,hoping to steal them.YOU KNOW!?!?Thanks again ,,,BO
The market varies somewhat for different parts of the country. I'd say $35 for the hood, $50 for the fender and $35 for the bumper would be fair. That's not banged up or rusted out but not perfect either. My 2 cents, we'll see what other guys think. John
if you want rust free parts, they are getting high. i seen hoods go for $150 and rust free finders go for $250 each. the bumpers are under $100 for a good core till you get to cut out back bumpers. just what i have seen around my area.
Hey,throw in a case of beer,and i'll be there!!HAHAHA!Thats pretty bad man.the guy i'm trading with has a complete 71' 350.Hope to get brakets and all.I think i'm OK!Later,BO
jpc647 if you were close enough to pick one up I have a lot of different body parts that I'd sell for $50 or less. But building a box and shipping takes a chunk out of my Saturday, so that price would be for pickup only. Are you in need of something or just considering spare parts? I don't want to highjack this thread so if you want to discuss this more send me a private message. John
