Amazing what some people will do just to get a leg up on you. Deal with a lot of those kind , can't stand them.

Too many of them around and will take advantage where they can. Like I always tell my kid , get it in writing. Also he could take it to a civil court as a verbal contract is binding if you can prove your case.
