1947 Olds stock radio removal.
I started to remove the stock radio from my 47 oldsmobile. I removed the power connection; the anetenna; knobs; and support brackets. Came loose but I could not get it pass the heater door. I did not want to remove the heater, so thought I would ask what your experiences would be.
Thanks 47 Coupe. |

I think you will have to remove the heater door. That radio is big. My '46 had radio delete but I have been under the dash and have seen the radios for our model/year cars. You're going to have a hard time removing it without clearing out some space first.
