wire bundle in trunk delta 88 1984

I am trying to mate my trailer light kit to the wire bundle in a 1984 Delta 88. The colors in the car are:

pink
lt. green
orange
drk. green
yellow
lt. blue
brown

The wires for the trailer lights are:

white (ground)
yellow
brown/yellow
green

How can I mate the two? Also, there is a plug in the trunk (cannon-plug type) I think would go with a store bought connector. Any help would be appreciated.
