fan control switch

all rigth so ive got a 70 cutlass s and the ac works and all but the three speed fan control does not, a fellow mechanic and i have come to the conclusion that we nee to replace the switch, though you guys prob know better then i so do you have any suggestions or a place where i can buy the switch i checked out year one they had nothing. the switch wasnt working for a while so the guy i bought it from fidgeted with it then it kinda just started to work then stopped again so any ideas please post thanks

GM fan switch # is 395168...is there pwr to the switch?? is there pwr at the resistors on the A/C case when the blower is supposed to be on?? and high speed should work when the high speed relay kicks in... Try putting 12 volts directly to the fan motor and see if its OK...
