68 442 ac/heater wiring help

Hello all...new to the site...but glad I have found it!!! Anyhow I am in the process of putting togther a 68 442. Car was in pieces when I got it. I have a problem with some of the wiring for the ac/heater. In the box that I got there were 4 relays. I can identify the horn relay that went on the drivers side, the ac relay that went on the passengers side. The other 2 have me stupmed. I am sure 1 of them is what they call the heater/blower relay that mounts to the firewall behind the brake booster. The first relay in question has 4 prongs on it (numbered 1-4), part# 413074, two holes for mounting on the bottom. By looking at the manual I am guessing this is the one...but...unfortunately I have another one that has 5 prongs on it (numbered 1-5), no part# and 2 holes for mounting on the top.

If anyone could help me out with which is the correct relay...and what color wires go where I would be very thankful!!! By looking at the wiring harness I have I can find 3 wires that I think would go to relay, big purple to fan, blue to resistor in air box, and black to switch in the car. Thanks again!!! Jim
