I recently bought this car and it needs work. For starters, i put a used engine in it, and that just added to my problems. The engine smokes heavily through the exhaust, but it runs good. I'm gonna buy a brand new engine, ANY SUGGESTIONS? Next, the interior needs major detailing, or just replaced. The dashboard is cracking, the seats are torn and their leather. The trunk needs to be waterproofed. It's has rust hole in it. That's what I really need advice about. Where to start looking. The bumpers needs to be re-chromed, and I think I need a new top. So please, anyone in this forum, please help a fellow oldsmobilian out!!!

 

Like a fine gentleman mentioned in another thread I read this afternoon, Safety, functionality, then fun. If the repairs are safety or structural, do them first.
