a sad end to a 73 delta 88 two door hardtop

I went to look at a 75 nova the other day and this guy builds cars for derbys during the summer. He has a 73 delta 88 two door with no engine, trans and the car is very clean. He will sell me parts that he will not need but the rest of the car will be smashed up in May.

IF you are in need of something, let me know asap and I will try to get that part or parts before he tears into it.

I haven't seen the car in about 5 months. I will be looking at it Saturday again.

Hope someone needs some of these parts. Hate to see them go to waste.

Thanks.
Tim

Ya, those demo guys are cold-bloodied. I looked at a 62 Starfire after the the had ran it at a derby, ya, it won. It still run, it had the 394 c/i. and a 3:42 posi, I almost bought it but I passed on it. I sold him 2 cars, a 76 Electra, 68 Delta. He told me that Delta was the best car he ever had, 3 wins.

The bumpers he will use for the derby. I don't remember what shape the wheel well trim is in, but I could not take it off as the car was in the snow between two other cars and the wheels could not be removed.

I may be able to get it still. I will call him and find out when he is going to take the car apart.

What other trim do you need?? I have some . . .
