Smile 1969 El Comino 12 bolt to 1969 Cutlass S. Swap

I have located a 12 bolt posi rearend out of a 1969 El Comino and curious if it will match up to my 1969 Cutlass S. I am looking for information if this would be a possible conversion? I also need to know what I am looking for in measurements to make sure I am not getting scammed.

Thanks for your help.
Mike

It's a bolt-in (in fact, Canadian-built Cutlii received Chevy 12-bolt axles from the factory). You may need a different driveshaft as the dimension from the pinion flange to the wheel centerline may be slightly different.
